Whilst investigating a case detective Joe Miller comes across a key, which when used in any door accesses a mysterious motel room.
Items from the room are scattered around, and all have their own special powers. When returned to the room they stay in the room, but any item not from the room is 'lost' when the room is left and it 'resets'.
Joe's daughter goes through the door into the room and is lost to him, so he must find her again - can he solve the mystery of the room?
